Commission Schedule

Referral Associates earn 50 percent of whatever commission is collected by the Rosen Realty Referral Registry. Thirty percent of the referred side of a commission is paid to Rosen Realty Inc... It is then split fifty-fifty between the Registry and the Referral Associate.

Below is an example of how this works if you, the Referral Associate refers a Buyer or Seller and the property is sold by a Rosen Realty Agent.

Sale Price: $375,000.00
Commission Rate of 5 percent: 18,750.00
Commission rate of referral side: 2.5% =$9,375.00
Paid to Referral Registry: 30% = $2,812.50
Referral Associate: 50/50 split $1,406.25

The above formula is based on a 5 percent commission and may vary from referral to referral. All referral fees are based on the amount collected by Rosen Realty, Inc. and are paid within two weeks of the date Rosen Realty, Inc. receives its fee.
